As part of our relationship with the dynamic development company Daramis, we had the opportunity to implement the Team assistant application, which brought major improvements and benefits in several key areas for our client.

Our solution helped the client address the following challenges:

Risk of double payment of invoices: With the increasing volume of business transactions, the client was facing an increasing risk of double payment of invoices. The risk was minimized with Team assistant and efficient approval of invoices and purchase orders.

Monitoring budgets: Team assistant allows budgets to be tracked and managed, contributing to financial stability and efficiency.

Central mail management: Team assistant provides central management of data messages and simplifies the process, including storing all documents in one place indefinitely.

Absence management: keeping track of employees, approving absences by supervisors, tracking employees’ work status (including telecommuting, call-outs or leave) and using absence usage for payroll were important to the client’s HR and management departments. Team assistant provides the necessary record keeping, visibility and automation.
