Ivan from the HR department has a complete overview of all candidates for the new position and can quickly share relevant information with the hiring manager Martin. After a successful interview with candidate Anna, the process starts with Team assistan: Vojta enters all the necessary data into the system to create a job offer, a medical assessment application and other documentation. Anna and the managing director electronically sign all contracts. On the day of arrival, Anna already has her laptop, access card and all the necessary equipment ready. Important tasks have also been generated by the system for all departments involved to be ready for Anna’s arrival. After 3 months, Martin will receive a task to confirm Anna’s successful completion of her probationary period.
