Managing leave of absence in TAS
Employees request absences, their supervisors approve and Team assistant generates transparent monthly reports including graphs. The ability to set up a substitute ensures smooth operations even during absences, and if an employee doesn’t manage to set up a substitute, administrators will help. Notifications keep all stakeholders informed.

We had a big challenge: our TAS, which serves as the backbone of our clients’ process management, needed a facelift. We were getting feedback from users about the outdated design, the UX not being optimized, and the occasional frustrations the platform was causing. Why did we postpone the transformation for so long? ?
