We now offer you the possibility to define so-called external forms, which extend the possibilities of your TAS by the possible filling of data by third parties, future employees or other persons, all without the need to enter directly into your TAS environment. For example, the forms can be used for filling in a personal questionnaire by future employees or for the verification of a business partner, so that you do not have to write an e-mail to each of them separately with a request to send their address, ID number, etc. The person completing the questionnaire is automatically emailed a link to the form, and the moment they complete it, TAS continues the process: either forwarding the completed data to the responsible user already in TAS or continuing with further integration.

Screening trading partners against global sanctions lists is mandatory for all companies. TAS can now connect to AEB’s external Compliance Screening service, which screens your trading partners against current sanctions lists in real-time and minimizes business risk from procurement to execution. Basically, companies as such or individual statutory representatives can be screened. TAS can process the information from this service and automatically manage further processes accordingly. Connecting to this service can be used, for example, to identify a new business partner before they are entered into the ERP system – avoiding the costs and consequences of non-compliance for your business.

With the increasing number of e-shops, it becomes difficult to keep track of prices and availability of goods during the purchasing process. TAS provides easy access to up-to-date information from partner e-shops, where you can get special discounts or negotiated prices, for example. In addition to price, the availability of goods is also important – TAS will quickly show you which e-shop has the desired product immediately available and which does not. This gives you a complete overview of all the options in one place, saving you time spent browsing many websites and avoiding unnecessary clicking.
