The evidence of employees is initiated by initial interview with job candidates. After the candidate is confirmed for a job Team assistant prepares the work contract. After the signature you can set up the on-boarding process – work equipment preparation, access rights etc.

Watching deadlines and tasks
throughout the contract

Team assistant monitors relevant milestones and deadlines and initiates request to different departments (access rights request, purchase of equipment, mobile phone tariff etc.)

After the employee is on-boarded the HR department and the manager of the employee have overview of employment contract terms, validity of the health check and other relevant information.
