In cooperation with PMD services s.r.o., we successfully implemented the Team Assistant application, which significantly improved key areas of our client and brought a number of benefits. We are ready to scale our processes according to the individual needs of the client and the companies managed by them.
Our solution successfully addresses the following challenges:

Payment schedules:

  • Invoices Received: the application allows for the entry of payment schedules according to the supplier’s schedule, for example the annual payment schedule for office energy. It generates a process of received invoices that go through an approval process before the payment is processed in the ERP system.
  • Invoices issued: invoices are automatically created in the ERP system according to the defined payment schedule and sent to Team Assistant, including PDF invoices. This process automatically sends invoices to customers’ email addresses, eliminating the need for manual intervention and approval and providing users with an overview of all invoicing in one application.

Budget monitoring:
It was crucial for the client to track planned and actual costs throughout the year, so Team Assistant allows for efficient tracking and management of budgets, contributing to financial stability and efficiency.

Central mail management:
The client was looking for an efficient way to send and receive mail via data mailbox across all companies. Team Assistant provides central management of data messages, simplifying the process and allowing documents to be stored in one place for an unlimited amount of time.

Absence management:
Employee registration, absence approval and monitoring of work situation was key for HR and management. Team Assistant provides the necessary record keeping, visibility and automation in these processes.

Invoice billing and isdoc generation:
For efficient processing and transmission of invoices received, we have incorporated isdoc generation features in different variants depending on the types of companies involved. Invoices are automatically retrieved from emails (EWS) on entry and generated in isdoc format for the accounting system (ERP), which greatly speeds up and simplifies the entire invoicing process.

Expense and cash receipts:
Our application is also used to record and approve cash receipts and expenses, including minor expenses.
