Our mobile app takes the capabilities of the web version of Team assistant to the next level: it provides constant visibility and control over your processes wherever you are. The app is available for both iOS and Android.
How to get started with the Team assistant mobile app
Your company must use at least TAS 5.3.0 and the application must be enabled on your environment.
1) Download the app from the App Store: visit the Apple Store or Google Play and download the Team assistant mobile app.
2) Pair the app in settings with the mobile app: After downloading the app, you must link it to your company’s Team assistant instance.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Team assistant web app.
- Go to User Settings and find the Mobile App section.
- Click on Link Mobile App, a QR code will be displayed.
- Open the Team assistant mobile app and scan this QR code.
- Once successfully linked, you can use fingerprint or Face ID login for added convenience and security.
