Your data is handled in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as well as the supplementary and unifying GDPR regulation in the form of Directive (EU) 2016/679, which replaces the original Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and Directive 95/46/EC.

Right to Access Your Processed Personal Data

Right to Rectification, Modification, and Supplementation
Personal data may change over time (e.g., change of surname), and we appreciate being informed of any changes to keep your data current and avoid errors. Providing information about changes is essential for us to perform our duties as a Data Controller properly. You also have the right to rectify any personal data we hold about you that is no longer accurate.
Right to Erasure, Also Known as the Right to Be Forgotten
If you have given us consent to process your personal data (e.g., email address for newsletter subscriptions), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and we are obliged to delete the data processed solely based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed for contractual obligations, legal reasons, or legitimate interests. If some of your data are stored in backup systems that ensure the resilience of all our systems and protect against data loss in the event of disasters, it may not be feasible to delete these data from backup systems. However, these data are not actively processed further and will not be used for other processing purposes.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that the data we hold is inaccurate, we process it unlawfully, or if you think we no longer need the data for processing purposes.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Based on your request, these data can be transferred to another controller.
Right to Object

Purpose of Processing: Maintaining and documenting tax records, handling complaints, defective performance rights, credit notes, returns.
Processed Data: Title, Name, Surname, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact Email, Contact Phone, ID No., VAT No.
Recipients of Personal Data: Contractual companies, accounting department, state administration, auditor.
Data Retention Period: 10 years from contract termination.
Explanation: Tax record laws override data protection regulations. According to Czech law, we are obliged to archive all documents for state and control authorities and provide them when needed.
Performance and Conclusion of Contract
Purpose of Processing: Purchasing and delivery of goods or services, handling complaints, defective performance rights, registration.
Processed Data: Title, Name, Surname, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact Email, Contact Phone, ID No., VAT No., purchase details (order receipt, order confirmation, order status, order processing, invoice issuance).
Recipients of Personal Data: Contractual companies.
Data Retention Period: 3 years or for the duration of the contract.

Purpose of Processing: Improving customer service and user experience on www.neit.cz, inquiries, reviews, contact form.
