Due to its rapid growth, Alukov was facing complex processes. To increase the efficiency of the sales team, they required for us to create a CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solution to automate the creation of quotes and quotations.

Offering 2000 product configuration options is an important aspect of our collaboration. The TAS platform solution allows for fast and accurate product configuration and optimal pricing, enabling the client to provide customized solutions and expert quotes to their customers. The solution makes sure that the selected option is manufacturable and meets all requirements.
Planning and capacity control of production facilities
The client addressed the challenges of planning and controlling the capacity of manufacturing facilities. With the help of the Team assistant platform, efficient planning of production operations was achieved, including the scheduling of workers, machines, raw materials and processes. In this way, resource utilization was optimized and overall capacity control was improved.
